BOOKING & DEPOSITS

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits go toward your total service

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

• Remaining balance is due at the end of your service

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING 

Life happens - I get it

Please provide 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit

No-shows are charged 100% of the service

• Rebooking after a no-show requires full payment upfront

 

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to maintain a calm and luxe schedule

15-minute grace period allowed

After 15 minutes, your service may be shortened

After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled with no refund

 

APPOINTMENT PREP

To provide the best results:

Arrive with bare nails (no gel, acrylic, Gel-X, or press-ons)

• Hands must be clean and dry

Removal must be booked in advance - walk-in removals are not guaranteed

All services are non-refundable
